Topp–Leone Modified Weibull Model: Theory and Applications to Medical and Engineering Data

In this article, a four parameter lifetime model called the Topp–Leone modified Weibull distribution is proposed. The suggested can be considered as an alternative to Kumaraswamy Weibull, generalized extend odd Lomax, Weibull-Lomax, Marshall-Olkin alpha power extended and exponentiated exponential distributions, etc. includes Topp-Leone Linear failure rate, Rayleigh distributions special case. Several characteristics of new including quantile function, moments, moment generating central mean, variance, coefficient skewness, kurtosis, incomplete mean residual life inactive time are derived. probability density function right skewed uni-modal shaped but, hazard rate may decreasing, increasing, J-shaped, U-shaped bathtub on its parameters. Three different methods estimation as; maximum likelihood, product spacing Bayesian used estimate For illustrative reasons, applications real data sets related medical engineering sciences provided contrasted with fit reached by several other well-known distributions.
